Tender Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead tender preparation activities from RFP issuance through to bid submission
• Analyze RFPs and prepare key commercial and pre-qualification/eligibility summaries
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Tax, and Technical to ensure alignment
• Conduct internal gate reviews and manage stakeholder communication
• Participate in pre-bid discussions with customers and respond to post-bid queries
• Prepare and ensure the compliance of all tender submission documentation
• Perform Win-Loss analysis and conduct bid opening summaries
• Manage tender transfer meetings to facilitate project mobilization upon award
• Provide market intelligence regarding competition and government policy updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field
• 7+ years of professional experience with mandatory exposure to tendering
• Strong familiarity with commercial and contractual conditions in tenders
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex RFPs
• Adaptability to work within cross-functional and multicultural teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Indian metro and railway market (Indian Railways, major metro authorities)
• Experience or knowledge regarding Rolling Stock or Signalling
