Tender Expert

Responsibilities

• Represent the bidding side in public procurement procedures
• Monitor announced tenders and identify new opportunities
• Develop, submit, and track tender offers
• Perform administrative tasks related to public procurement
• Cooperate with store, delivery, and purchasing teams
• Handle requests for clarification and deficiency corrections
• Ensure legal compliance of offers and strict adherence to deadlines
• Maintain up-to-date databases and records
• Collaborate with internal and external professional partners

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in public procurement
• Knowledge of the EKR system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliability, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
• Precision, independence, and reliability
• Proactive attitude and effective problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Negotiable English language skills
