Tender Eligibility Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation to evaluate eligibility criteria and participation requirements
• Verify compliance with legal, financial, and technical criteria imposed by specific projects
• Prepare and centralize administrative documents, including certificates, declarations, and forms
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to obtain all necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Monitor deadlines to ensure the punctual submission of eligibility files
• Maintain and continuously update the company's qualification records database

Requirements

• Higher education in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in tendering, eligibility, or related administrative roles
• Strong understanding of public procurement procedures and familiarity with the SEAP platform
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with iTWO or similar software is a significant advantage
