Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and drive the Training Program in the Tenaris Southern Cone
• Ensure all training initiatives align with regional needs and global TenarisUniversity guidelines
• Implement training programs in line with organizational objectives and industrial excellence strategies
• Support training systems, management control, and learning progress tracking
• Coordinate the regional team, promoting the application of common global policies
• Lead, motivate, and support the professional development of the regional team

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in training or talent development roles
• Proven experience in training program implementation
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Ability to perform strategic planning and learning progress tracking
• Initiative and a passion for talent development
• Ability to articulate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and diverse cultures
