TenarisUniversity Analyst - Shop Floor Employees

Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs based on business requirements and individual development plans
• Support the development and implementation of the annual training plan
• Design, coordinate, and monitor training programs tailored to operational and organizational needs
• Coordinate employee certification and authorization processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Advise managers on learning solutions, development initiatives, and training methodologies
• Monitor training KPIs and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Manage training providers and monitor employee training progress
• Maintain and update training records and learning documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to competency management

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, HR, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• English language proficiency
• Good communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning & development, or HR
• Experience in operations support or data analysis
