Tenant Rep & Capital Markets Internship

Responsibilities

• Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide relevant advice
• Assist the business in the execution of daily tasks and respond to day-to-day requests
• Deliver work through established processes and systems to ensure standards are met
• Track project timelines and generate monthly reports
• Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues
• Assist managers with department objectives and complete special projects
• Develop professional expertise through on-the-job training and observation

Requirements

• At least two years completed toward a bachelor's degree
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven record of providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work both individually and as a team player
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
