Tenant Relocation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master trackers for temporary relocation, move-out, move-back, and unit readiness
• Track resident relocation status including household needs, accessibility, and target move dates
• Build resident-to-unit matching tools based on bedroom size, accessibility, and availability
• Identify gaps between relocation demand and available vacant units
• Track vacant unit status from identification through resident-ready turnover
• Monitor unit deficiencies, inspections, and maintenance needs
• Develop vacancy forecasts by project phase and building
• Prepare dashboards, charts, and PowerPoint summaries for leadership
• Clean and validate relocation and vacancy data from multiple sources

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, urban planning, public administration, business, administration, information systems, engineering, or architecture
• Two years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing trackers, dashboards, reports, or project controls tools
• Proficiency with Power BI, Access, SQL, or Python
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting tools and workflows
