About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate warm and welcoming check-ins, particularly on weekends
- Assist tenants with general issues to ensure comfortable stays
- Act as a liaison for maintenance issues between tenants and contractors
- Handle and resolve flatmate conflicts and grievances
- Assist in planning and executing community events
- Liaise with property owners or representatives when necessary
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders regarding tenant wellbeing
- Perform inventory checks after tenant check-outs
- Ensure units are well-maintained and tidy
Requirements
- Diploma in any field (service-related preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to remain composed when dealing with difficult customers
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an early-stage start-up
- Experience in the hospitality industry
