About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate warm and welcoming check-ins, particularly on weekends
  • Assist tenants with general issues to ensure comfortable stays
  • Act as a liaison for maintenance issues between tenants and contractors
  • Handle and resolve flatmate conflicts and grievances
  • Assist in planning and executing community events
  • Liaise with property owners or representatives when necessary
  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders regarding tenant wellbeing
  • Perform inventory checks after tenant check-outs
  • Ensure units are well-maintained and tidy

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field (service-related preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to remain composed when dealing with difficult customers
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an early-stage start-up
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
