About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative events to promote community and wellness
- Develop and strengthen relationships with tenants to deliver personalized experiences
- Manage social media accounts and electronic marketing tools
- Partner with leasing and brokerage teams to support leasing efforts and tours
- Coordinate meeting and event setups including AV and lighting
- Address tenant needs and track service requests for timely resolution
- Provide lifestyle and business support services to tenants
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and retailers
- Manage certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital engagement tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
