Tenant Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and execute innovative events to promote community and wellness
• Develop and strengthen relationships with tenants to deliver personalized experiences
• Manage social media accounts and electronic marketing tools
• Partner with leasing and brokerage teams to support leasing efforts and tours
• Coordinate meeting and event setups including AV and lighting
• Address tenant needs and track service requests for timely resolution
• Provide lifestyle and business support services to tenants
• Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and retailers
• Manage certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital engagement tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
