- Formulate real estate strategies based on future market trends
- Advise on commercial real estate strategies including relocation, downsizing, or expansion
- Act as a tenant representative to negotiate lease terms and conditions with owners
- Conduct new client development and property information gathering
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional work experience
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate leasing sales
- Experience in B2B sales
- Real Estate Transaction Specialist certification (to be obtained after joining)
- English language proficiency
