About the role
Responsibilities
- Formulate real estate strategies based on future market trends
- Advise on commercial real estate strategies for office, retail, and industrial sectors (relocation, downsizing, expansion, or early termination)
- Act as a tenant representative to advise on lease terms and negotiate with landlords
- Conduct new client business development and property information gathering
Requirements
- Licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist (宅地建物取引主任者)
Preferred Qualifications
- English language proficiency
- Experience in commercial real estate leasing sales
- Experience in tenant advisory services
