Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through telephone and written communication as a point of contact for non-managed landlords and tenants
• Manage the non-managed end of tenancy process and checkout journey
• Support landlords with compliance requirements and coordinate statutory documentation
• Coordinate checkout appointments and proactively engage with landlords and tenants ahead of tenancy end dates
• Support customers through the No Deposit Scheme process and assist with tenancy-end deposit administration
• Work collaboratively with branch teams and leadership to identify opportunities to improve client retention
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions meet company service standards

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
