Temporary Senior Program Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts with consultants, independent coordinators, and vendors, and assist with procurements using RFX Now.
• Monitor contract implementation, timelines, payments, and archive deliverables for audit purposes.
• Track budgets, produce commitment overviews, and maintain project monitoring systems.
• Maintain Land team websites and support the organization of research conferences and seminars.
• Coordinate administrative communications with government counterparts, universities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Manage contact lists for steering committees and working groups.

Requirements

• BA/BSc or equivalent degree.
• At least 5 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience with World Bank administrative platforms (SAP, RFX Now, STC contracting, etc.).
• Proven track record in consultant and vendor management.
• Understanding of World Bank recruitment, accounting, and procurement guidelines.
• Fluency in both Ukrainian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience organizing professional conferences and large-scale events.
