About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support lab research activities within the Amaro Research Lab under the direction of the Principal Investigator
  • Conduct qualitative data analyses and assist with recruitment, data collection, and data management
  • Engage in research projects involving web-based interventions, Community Advisory Boards, and mixed-methods approaches (surveys and qualitative interviews)
  • Perform systematic and scoping reviews related to psychosocial interventions
  • Assist in drafting written reports for inclusion in manuscripts and grant proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, or other life/medical science related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, public health, or other life/medical science related fields
  • At least one year of experience in behavioral science research
