Temporary Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset individual sales objectives and develop a strong client network
• Capture and manage client information to promote boutique relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain deep product knowledge
• Open and close the boutique as required, handling communication with the corporate office in the absence of management
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed according to protocol
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store and handle product transfers
• Develop working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales; luxury or jewelry sales experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• High school graduate or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
• Ability to work open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Physical ability to stand for the majority of the workday and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting product boxes
