Temporary Boutique Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and assisting with reception duties
• Manage daily boutique operations, including the replenishment of selling floor supplies and backstock maintenance
• Execute morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling procedures
• Participate in the opening and closing procedures of the boutique
• Maintain merchandise in proper condition through strong partnerships with Management and Boutique Administrators
• Uphold the Maison's image by following the Service Charter and maintaining a professional demeanor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Vancouver

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP software
• Fluency in multiple languages to assist a diverse international clientele
