Temporary Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to help customers express their personal style
• Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks and add-on products
• Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
• Assist with floor maintenance, including climbing, bending, and maneuvering sales areas

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Social media awareness and an interest in learning omni-channel or virtual selling techniques
