Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to suit their aesthetic and lifestyle
- Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks and add-ons
- Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Guide customers through the purchase process to ensure a seamless checkout experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
