Temporary Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to help customers express their personal style.
• Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks and add-ons.
• Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Guide customers through the purchase process to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.

• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel or virtual selling techniques.
