Temporary Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to help customers express their personal style
• Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks and add-on products
• Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
• Assist with floor maintenance, including climbing, bending, and maneuvering the sales floor

Requirements

• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities
• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficiency in English
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks like kneeling and bending
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
