About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to help customers express their personal style.
- Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks, including add-ons and seasonal collections.
- Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge across all categories.
- Maintain operational excellence by managing stockroom organization and processing POS transactions.
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience and build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Proven professional selling skills and prior experience in a retail environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
