Temporary Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to help customers express their personal style.
• Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks and add-on products.
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand attributes across all product categories.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
