Temporary Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to help customers express their personal style.
• Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks, including add-ons and seasonal collections.
• Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge across all categories.
• Maintain operational excellence by managing stockroom organization and processing POS transactions.
• Assist with floor maintenance, including climbing, bending, and maneuvering through the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a retail environment.
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel or virtual selling techniques.
