Temenos Business Analyst Corp Actions

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for Corporate Actions functionality within the Temenos T24/Transact core banking platform.
• Act as a key conduit between Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Tax to drive process efficiency and STP.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating operational needs into functional specifications (BRD/FSD).
• Analyze functional gaps across European and Asian sites to propose aligned, global design solutions.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for mandatory, voluntary, and complex corporate action events.
• Support the configuration of Event Templates, Election Rules, Standing Instructions, and Market Specific Rules.
• Coordinate and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support user sign-offs.
• Collaborate with vendors and integrators to enable internal teams to acquire deep expertise in Temenos Transact.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in the banking industry as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Expert knowledge of the Temenos T24/Transact core banking platform, specifically within Wealth Management.
• Deep expertise in Corporate Actions (Mandatory, Voluntary, and Complex events) and custody/fund accounting operations.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional/system integration testing.
• Strong technical skills in Data Analysis, SQL, and investigation techniques.
• Proficiency in SWIFT MT564-566 and/or ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality BRDs, FSDs, and functional specifications.
• Excellent English communication skills (C2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SDLC and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of system integration flows including CFT, MQ, and Kafka.
