Telugu Language Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Render correct concepts and meanings between Telugu and English following complexity, clarity, tone, and style
• Provide strict renditions of messages including every detail of the conversation
• Employ good customer service, clear enunciation, and professional voice
• Manage the flow of calls and follow client instructions without taking over the conversation
• Remain calm and neutral during challenging or emergency situations
• Maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Native fluency in English and Telugu
• Advanced understanding of Telugu cultural dynamics and idiomatic expressions
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to remain neutral, objective, and detached from conversations
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Reliable access to the internet for electronic communication
