Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
  • Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions
  • Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (work, training, military, or education)
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish fluency
  • Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
  • Experience working effectively within a team environment
