About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures
- Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently
- Identify customer financial needs and make appropriate introductions to bankers
- Interact with customers to build relationships and demonstrate care
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education)
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cash handling and managing complex transactions
- Strong customer service focus and ability to educate customers on mobile banking technology
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with both customers and team members
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment to meet customer needs
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
