Teller

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
• Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs and make appropriate introductions to bankers
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, military, training, or education)
• Experience with cash handling
• Proficiency in digital banking solutions and ability to educate customers on mobile banking
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Strong ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Experience working effectively within a team to meet customer needs
• Relevant military experience in personnel management, human resources, or recruiting
