About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions
- Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Knowledge of bank procedures and ability to follow strict regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
- Strong ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
