Teller

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and identify financial needs
• Make appropriate introductions to bankers to help meet customer needs
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education)
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Proficiency in digital banking tools and the ability to educate customers on mobile options
• Experience with cash handling and managing complex transactions
• Strong ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Relevant military experience in human resources, recruiting, or personnel management
