Teller

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and complete routine operational tasks efficiently
• Support customer engagement by sharing digital banking solutions and making introductions to bankers
• Identify customer financial needs and provide appropriate information and services
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Interact with customers to build relationships and demonstrate care
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers
• Experience with cash handling
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and technology
• Strong ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
• Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
