Teller

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to provide helpful information or digital banking tools.
• Build customer relationships and refer clients to appropriate bankers for detailed product guidance.
• Complete operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in customer interaction (includes work, training, military, or education).
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English (speaking and listening).
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Must be able to pass a required language assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash handling and processing transactions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and controls.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on building trust and professional integrity.
