Responsibilities

• Process routine service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with high accuracy.
• Deliver a positive branch experience by engaging customers with care and professionalism.
• Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to guide them toward appropriate products, services, or digital tools.
• Refer customers to bankers for detailed product conversations and specialized guidance.
• Complete transactional and operational activities while managing risk in accordance with company policies and controls.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (can be demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education).
• Proven experience with cash handling.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
