Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to guide them toward appropriate products, services, or digital banking tools.
• Build customer relationships through active listening and effective communication.
• Refer customers to bankers for detailed product guidance and specialized financial conversations.
• Complete operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies and controls.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (can be demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education).
• Proven experience in cash handling.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
