About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established bank policies
- Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently
- Identify customer financial needs and make appropriate introductions to bankers
- Interact with customers to build relationships and demonstrate care
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, military, training, or education)
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
- Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
- Experience working effectively within a team environment
