Teller

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to guide them toward appropriate products, services, or digital tools.
• Build customer relationships through active listening and effective communication.
• Refer customers to bankers for detailed product conversations and specialized guidance.
• Complete operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (can include work, training, military, or education).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking and listening).
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Must be able to pass a required language assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash handling.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and controls.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize potential risks and escalate concerns appropriately.
