About the role
Responsibilities
- Process routine service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with high accuracy.
- Deliver a positive branch experience by engaging customers and understanding their financial needs.
- Guide customers toward efficient banking methods, including digital tools and self-service options.
- Identify potential product or service needs and refer customers to appropriate bankers for detailed guidance.
- Complete operational activities in compliance with company policies, controls, and risk management procedures.
- Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education).
- Proven experience in cash handling.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

- Experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and regulatory controls.
