About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to guide them toward appropriate products, services, or digital tools.
- Build customer relationships through active listening and effective communication.
- Refer customers to bankers for detailed product conversations and specialized guidance.
- Complete operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education).
- Proven experience in cash-handling.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and controls.
- Demonstrated ability to build accuracy and consistency in financial transactions.
