About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
- Welcome customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them toward digital tools or appropriate banking team members.
- Build customer relationships by actively listening and identifying opportunities to refer clients to bankers for detailed product guidance.
- Complete transactional and operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve routine customer questions or concerns.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (can be demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education).
- Proven experience in cash-handling.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
