Teller

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Welcome customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them toward digital tools or appropriate banking team members.
• Build customer relationships by identifying potential product or service needs and referring them to bankers for detailed guidance.
• Complete transactional and operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve routine customer questions or concerns.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (can include work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Proven experience with cash handling.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Must take and pass a required language assessment.
