About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to guide them toward appropriate products, services, or digital tools.
  • Build customer relationships by actively listening and referring clients to bankers for detailed product guidance.
  • Maintain operational accuracy and manage risk by following established policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education).
  • Proven experience in cash-handling.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to follow complex policies and procedures while maintaining high attention to detail.
