Teller

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established bank policies
• Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently
• Interact with customers to build relationships and identify services that meet their financial needs
• Make appropriate introductions to bankers to help customers achieve their goals
• Escalate complex questions or issues to more experienced team members

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (work, training, military, or education)
• Experience with cash handling
• Proficiency in digital banking solutions and ability to educate customers on mobile options
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working collaboratively within a team to meet customer needs
