About the role
Responsibilities
- Process teller transactions and complete routine operational tasks efficiently
- Support customer engagement by sharing digital banking solutions and making introductions to bankers
- Identify customer financial needs and provide appropriate information and services
- Perform operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
- Interact with customers to build relationships and demonstrate care
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, military, training, or education)
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Proficiency in digital banking solutions and ability to educate customers on mobile banking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working collaboratively within a team to meet customer needs
