Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures
  • Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and identify financial needs
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles or management as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education)
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cash handling and managing complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team to meet customer needs
  • Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
