About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and identify financial needs
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles or management as needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education)
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cash handling and managing complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate customers on technology and the value of mobile banking options
- Experience working collaboratively within a team to meet customer needs
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
