Teller

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions
• Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, military, or education)
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
• Experience with cash handling and following strict policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Experience working collaboratively within a team to meet customer needs
• Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
