About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures
  • Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently
  • Identify customer financial needs and make appropriate introductions to bankers
  • Interact with customers to build relationships and demonstrate care
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
  • Strong ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
