About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and making appropriate introductions to bankers
- Share digital banking solutions and educate customers on mobile banking options
- Complete operational activities and routine transactional tasks while minimizing risks under established policies
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and identify services to meet their financial needs
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles and follow bank procedures and products
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education)
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Proficiency in digital banking solutions and technology
- Experience with cash handling and following strict policies and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant military experience in human resources, recruiting, or personnel management
