Responsibilities

• Process routine service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with high accuracy.
• Deliver a positive branch experience by engaging customers with care and understanding their financial needs.
• Guide customers toward efficient banking methods, including digital tools and self-service options.
• Identify potential product or service needs and refer customers to appropriate bankers for detailed guidance.
• Complete operational activities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and risk management controls.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education).
• Proven experience in cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
