About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to guide them toward appropriate products, services, or digital tools.
- Build customer relationships through active listening and refer clients to bankers for detailed product guidance.
- Complete operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in customer interaction (includes work, training, military, or education).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking and listening).
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
- Must take and pass a required language assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in cash handling and fast-paced customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly.
- Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and controls.
- Experience identifying referral opportunities and educating customers on digital banking tools.
